”LEISURE FOR EVERYONE” – PROJECT WITH TREAX PADS

The municipality of Sandnes in southern Norway has decided to focus on welfare technology in treatment of children with disabilities. This has led to the project  ”Leisure for Everyone”. With financial support from the Norwegian Directorate of Health, the municipality of Sandnes initiated the project “Leisure for Everyone”. The project aims to investigate different types of assistive technology that can help disabled children participate in leisure activities. AARHUS MUNICIPALITY BUYS EIGHT SETS OF TREAX PADS

This past year, Stavern Hospital in Norway has tested the effects of rehabilitation training with Happy Rehab. 25 children with different functional limitations are participating in the project in the course of this year. THE FALL PREVENTION CLINIC’S PROJECT WITH TREAX PADS

This autumn, the Fall Prevention Clinic at Bispebjerg and Frederiksberg Hospital found that Treax Pads gave extra training motivation to their patients. Therefore, they now are conducting a randomised study using the pads, starting in October this year.  The Fall Prevention Clinic at Bispebjerg and Frederiksberg Hospital sees patients over the age of 65 who have problems with balance and dizziness.
